Complete Guide to Bulk Unsubscribes
Managing unsubscribes is essential for maintaining compliance, protecting deliverability, and respecting user preferences. MailerLogic allows you to bulk unsubscribe multiple contacts in just a few clicks, helping you quickly update subscription statuses across your account.

How to Bulk Unsubscribe Contacts
Step 1: Go to Contacts
Navigate to 'CRM' → 'Contacts'.
Step 2: Click Unsubscribe
Select one or more contacts using the checkbox next to their name. After selecting contacts, click the 'Unsubscribe' button.
Step 3: Choose Unsubscribe Scope
Select the unsubscribe scope:
Global (All Domains) – Default Selected
The contact will be unsubscribed from all your domains. They will not receive emails from any sending domain in your account.
Domain-Specific
The contact will be unsubscribed only from a specific domain. Select the required domain from the dropdown and click the button 'Add to Unsubscribe List'.
Step 4: Unsubscribe List
The selected contacts will immediately move to the unsubscribe list.
How to Re-Subscribe a Contact
If a contact wants to receive emails again, you can re-subscribe them.
Step 1: Go to Unsubscribes
Navigate to 'Deliverability' → 'Unsubscribes'.
Step 2: Click Re-subscribe
Locate the contact. Click Re-subscribe from the options.
Step 3: Confirm Re-Subscription
A confirmation message will appear. Click 'OK' to confirm.
Once confirmed, the contact will be removed from the unsubscribe list. Their subscription status will be restored.
