Connect MailerLogic MCP to ChatGPT
MailerLogic MCP lets ChatGPT securely access approved MailerLogic tools after you connect and authorize your account. Once connected, you can manage contacts, send test emails, view templates, and access analytics without leaving ChatGPT.
With MailerLogic MCP, you can:
Search and find contacts
Create or update contacts
Add tags to contacts
Suppress or unsubscribe an email address
List email templates
Send a single transactional or test email
View events and analytics
For security, MailerLogic MCP cannot send campaigns to your entire audience, modify billing settings, delete your account, or perform destructive bulk actions.
Before You Start
Make sure you have:
A MailerLogic plan that includes MCP
Access to Integrations → Apps in MailerLogic
A ChatGPT plan that supports custom MCP apps or remote MCP servers (availability varies by plan)

Generate or rotate your MCP token only if you're prompted during authorization.

Step 8: Test the Connection
Try one of the following prompts:
"Find contacts tagged newsletter."

"Add the tag prospect to kate@example.com."
"Show my MailerLogic analytics for the last 30 days."

You can:

You can disable or remove the MailerLogic app at any time from your installed apps or plugins.
Troubleshooting
I don't see "Create App"
Custom MCP apps may not be available for your ChatGPT plan, or your workspace administrator may need to enable Developer Mode. Availability also varies by account and OpenAI rollout.
ChatGPT can't connect to MailerLogic
Verify that your server URL is exactly:
https://mcp.mailerlogic.com/mcp
OAuth authorization failed
Reconnect the app and try again. If prompted, generate a new MCP token in MailerLogic and complete the authorization process.
Some MailerLogic tools aren't available
Your MailerLogic subscription or token permissions may limit which tools ChatGPT can access.
ChatGPT says you're unauthorized
Your MCP token may have expired, been revoked, or been entered incorrectly. Rotate the token in MailerLogic and reconnect the app.
Security Best Practices
Connect MailerLogic only to ChatGPT accounts and workspaces you trust.
Review every tool permission request before approving it.
Never share your MCP token in chats, documents, or screenshots.
Revoke access immediately if you no longer need the connection.
