From the left sidebar, go to 'Marketing' → 'Forms', then click 'New form'.

1

Use a Ready-Made Template

Still under Settings, choose 'Conditional redirect' if different visitors should land on different pages after submitting. Click '+ Add rule' to build your conditions.

13

Step 14: Turn On CAPTCHA

14

Step 15: Review All Form Settings

Check the full Settings tab in one place: Template name, Form ID, Domain ID, Form alignment, Form background, and CAPTCHA. Once done, click 'Save & Exit'.
